Solar Dharti, an enterprise clean-technology division under Bengal Ventures, delivers turnkey solar engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and DISCOM net-metering liaison services in compliance with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) guidelines.
Subsidies under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana are disbursed directly by the Government of India via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into the consumer's Aadhaar-linked bank account upon statutory approval of the joint commissioning report. Solar Dharti assists with 100% of filing paperwork but does not control sovereign disbursal timelines.
Photovoltaic modules supplied are backed by a 25-year linear performance warranty from Tier-1 ALMM listed manufacturers. Inverters carry 10-year manufacturer replacement warranties. Bengal Ventures provides 5 years of comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) service covering periodic electrical health checks.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with EPC contracts or site installations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
