When you request a rooftop survey, solar ROI calculation, or DISCOM net-metering feasibility check on Solar Dharti, we collect your name, mobile number, email, consumer electricity account number, and rooftop photos/drawings solely to prepare technical solar designs and submit statutory interconnection forms.

2. Use of Electricity Bill Data

Electricity bills uploaded to our platform are processed securely and shared exclusively with your jurisdictional electricity distribution company (e.g., WBSEDCL, CESC, MSEDCL, TATA Power, BESCOM) for transformer capacity checks, sanctioned load verifications, and PM Surya Ghar national portal submissions.

3. Data Protection & Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate information to third-party marketing entities. All communications are strictly related to your solar plant design, procurement, installation, and post-commissioning maintenance by Bengal Ventures CleanTech engineers.
